Estimated Delivery Time is between 3 to 25 days depending upon stock availability at our global warehouses.

Shipping

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM GMT+8 Time are processed the same day; orders placed after that time will begin processing the next working day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

When placing an order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and shipping. We want to make sure your batteries arrive safely, therefore larger battery orders may require a little more time to pack and ship. Processing times could be longer when there are high volumes.

Returns

If you find that the item is damaged or other problems after receiving the item, please contact us in time and we will handle it for you。

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. When you receive the product, please use it according to the original technical conditions, no damage or improper use, pay attention to safety and avoid injury.

3. If you find any defects in the product, please contact us at any time within 7 days after the arrival of the goods, we will solve it for you as soon as possible.

4. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by human causes. If it is not suitable for use which you purchased, we will refund for you as soon as possible without affecting the second sale. But the freight is borne by the buyer.
