All of our packaging equipment, including our bubble wrap, are either recycled, reusable, or biodegradable.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM GMT+8 Time are processed the same day; orders placed after that time will begin processing the next working day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

When placing an order, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and shipping. We want to make sure your batteries arrive safely, therefore larger battery orders may require a little more time to pack and ship. Processing times could be longer when there are high volumes.

International Shipping

All items on camfmshop.com can be shipped internationally. We deliver DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) to nearly all important nations. International shipments cannot have "gift" written on the packing slip.

Please be aware that any customs or import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping expenses. Please see the section below on customs and import taxes.

Note: All overseas orders are final sales and are not eligible for refunds. Please review the page on our return and replacement policy.

Shipping Cost

We give our customers the finest service possible and dispatch their orders fast at the price we have specified on our website. Based on the weight and destination of the items in the order, you pay the actual shipping fee during the checkout process. With each purchase, the cost of delivery will be collected.

Price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

Tracking

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your product has been shipped. The email will include information about the shipping, your tracking number, and a link to the website of the chosen carrier, where you may follow your product directly.

You must sign-in in order to access the account information section of camfmshop.com where you may monitor an order. Click the "Order history" link under "My Account" to access your most recent order. If you discover a tracking number, you may use it to look up tracking details on the "Track Your Order" website. This lets you know if your product has delivered.

Note: Sometimes shipping companies require 2โ€“5 business days for the system to refresh with new tracking data. If more than five business days have passed since you placed your order and your tracking number remains blank. Please reach out to us.

Custom & Import Duties

Duties and taxes relatedย importation may apply to your package. These fees are your responsibility as the client, There are numerous nations where it is not necessary to hire a customs broker in order to clear imports. However, because only licensed customs brokers have the expertise to handle the responsibilities of clearing goods through customs, we advise you to deal with one. Work with a knowledgeable customs broker to prevent blunders, delays, or additional expenses.

  • Note: Before placing an order at camfmshop.com, please check the custom duties and taxes.
  • We won't give you a refund if the box gets seized by customs agents for any reason unless all of the products are sent back to us undamaged.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please be aware that once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you accidentally provided the incorrect address, please let us know within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please submit separate orders for each delivery address if you want to ship several items to different addresses.

The consumer is responsible for paying any fines fees if the address and zip code do not match. The cost of the reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

A customer's billing address is where they get their bills. A shipping address is the place where the consumer wants to have their package delivered. Put the proper address in the "shipping address" field.

We are sorry, but P.O. Boxes and military APOs are not accepted for shipping.

Local Pick Up

You can pick up your order from our CHINA, USA, CANDA, MEXICO, GERMANY, HONGKONG, RUSSIA, JAPAN warehouses. Your order will be notified through email when it is ready for pickup. When picking up what you ordered, remember to have your order number, a form of government-issued picture identification, and the credit card that was used to make the purchase (if one was made).

If you do not pick up your order within 5 days, we will hold it for you and reimburse your payment method. You can get in touch with us and let customer service know that the pickup will be delayed.

Delay In Delivery

Any delays in performance resulting from unforeseeable events or from causes outside of CAMFM's control, including but not limited to force majeure, governmental actions, military conflicts, delays in transportation or customs formalities, transport damages, energy shortages, labor disputes, and delays in delivery or inability to deliver using CAMFM's supplies, shall not subject CAMFM to liability.

In the unlikely event when we are unable to fulfill your purchase or provide a replacement because the items are unavailable in our stockroom, we will notify you within a period of three business days after the order date.
